this has been a common issue lately. I will flag a rep to help out. Make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they can look at adding the pass. They will respond here as I have.

There is a technical issue with the system, which is why it is currently not working. Since Oliver has already flagged a rep, you should receive a response from them shortly.
