Easy Roam travel pass

Can someone advise if I understand this correctly: With the easy roam travel pass I can essentially use my phone in Europe as I do in Canada, keeping an eye on data usage but able to text and call with my own number and use data within the 30 day limit.
Is that about right or have I dumbed it down too much. Thanks.

Nope you got it. 🙂 its just like using regular easy roam. With Easy Roam, you get access to all of your plan features while travelling as if you didnt leave canada so you're spot on with your summary. Whatever comes with your base plan is what you get.

Just note you can only call and text to canadian numbers and numbers from the country you're in otherwise you will incur charges. So if you're in france, fench numbers and canadian numbers are fine but spain would not be covered at the time.

Also, the pass doesnt cover every European country but it does cover most so be mindful of this. You can check the covered countries in the link 😎

Thank you. This is such a departure from what Koodo was charging in the past ($18/day) that it seemed to good to be true. Definitely negates the need for an eSIM while in Europe.

Agreed! I tend to travel to the UK a bit so this is a lot more convenient for me 😅 saves a lot of hassle. Enjoy your trip! If you have more questions until then, feel free to ask 😎
