Hi there,
Yes, it will. So the daily fee is $16 per day of use for Mexico. This includes sending a text, making a call (including to your voicemail), and using data.
Koodo also offer roaming passes which tend to be cheaper than the daily fee if youre going for longer. For more information feel free to check out the links below 🙂
