Easy Roam Add On

I just Managed My Add Ons and added $0 Easy Roam Add On.  Do I still need to pay $14/day to use my plan data and minutes while abroad?

The addon is zero dollars in that you do not pay a monthly fee to use it. It is a pay per use thing that's why it has “ 0” in the title. You still pay 14/16 dollars a day that resets at midnight in your local time zone.
