Disney+ requests payment - but other transfers worked. Disney says Koodo link faulty.


When I clicked ACTIVATE from within my Koodo account Disney+ sign-up went as planned but after choosing the full catalogue it went to the payment page...

Koodo account now says: Active, Start streaming, but Disney+ keeps asking for payment plan…

Called Disney, they just see incomplete sign-up for my email. They say Koodo link wrong.

How do I get a new activation link for Disney+?

Apparently caused by a typo in email on my part at Disney activation.

@Pie rre Did you have a previous Disney account? if not, yes, this is something Disney does (well, the others too) for the even if you were to cancel Stream+ bundle you would have continuation the service. They don’t actually charge you as long as you have Stream+.  I went through the same process, and that is what happened with me too. They collected the info but never charged me of course.

@Pie rre Not sure if this will solve things…Disney told us they seem to having challenges when people try activation via Safari. Can you pls try in Chrome or another browser type?

 

Another possibility is that indeed, somehow Disney has another account for you. If you could call them and ask  to figure out which Disney+ account the below is linked to:

Pls quote the above for them. It is an identifier for  over-the-top (OTT) activations.
