Discount not showing on Plan

I had signed up for the 35 dollar monthly plan.

original plan cost was 50, with 10 dollars of on auto payment and 5 dollars for the credit for 24 months.
 

Koodo changed the plan credit to 10 dollars for 24 months.

I had an agent on Koodo expert confirm, this as well, and wasn’t offered a reference for this. Now my new bill has generated and is missing the new credit. 
 

I would like this to be corrected.

Just to confirm, are you referring to the line ending in *08?

If yes, we see there is a pre-authorized payment discount for it. 

According to the services agreement issued at the activation, we don’t see an additional credit on this line.

We recommend checking the service agreement for more details and let us know if you have further questions.

@Flo Koodo i think ​@Vivek104 is referring to the 24 month credit. That was suppose to be updated from $5 to $10. This is not referring to the auto pay by bank credit.

@Dennis Unfortunately, we don’t have access to the chat history from our end, however based on the original agreement, there was no additional $5 or $10 credit mentioned on top of the autopay discount one. We see that ​@Vivek104 got in touch with the Expert Messaging team in the meantime.
