I require help to discontinue service and I’m travelling- unreachable.

 

Please assist to close the service

- I do not need the account anymore.

Can seasonal hold be initiated for me please? Need the current to be turned off and start seasonal hold from today. Thanks much.

You should be able to proceed with activating the seasonal hold in self serve using the steps here: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/keeping-your-account-open-when-travelling

I understand, but when I try, system says I am only eligible to use Seasonal hold in 8/8/2025 since I recently travelled and had it. Pls assist enabling it. I’m already outside and being billed. Thanks.
