Didn't get a network

Since two days I didn't get a network on my phone I do lots of trouble shooting things I Search on internet but nothing work as well as I changed my plan but nothing works what can I do?

Which phone are you using? and are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? When you checked your self-serve what was the status of it?

When you put the sim card in another device does it work? and to re-iterate Dinh, when you login to your Koodo self serve, are you currently up to date with your billing?

Right, so when you login to your koodo self serve, does it say the account is suspended?

I believe that is the issue. If it is suspended, then even though you made a bank payment it takes 3 to 5 business days for koodo to process the payment. So it won’t be active until the payment is processed.

You should login to self serve and see what it says.

If you’re not over 30 days late paying, you’re probably ok in billing. So you cannot even be connected at all to Koodo? Do you have another phone or  borrow someone’s phone ot put your sim card in? To see if the problem folows?

So, just to confirm, when you said you didn’t have network, what was the status of the top right of the screen? Did it say “No SIM” or “SOS”?

If you still do not have service, we would recommend getting in touch with our Technical Support team from an alternative number or visit a nearby Koodo Store in order to further troubleshoot the situation.

It shows no service or when I call someone it shows no network available

So based on your screen shot and said previously, I am incorrect. The account is not suspended. 

What happens when you try to use the sim in a different device? Does it work or do you experience the same issues?

Hmm well if you tried the sim in another device and you have the same problem, its possible you have a defective sim or an issue with your koodo account.

I suggest you follow Darius's suggestion about stopping by a koodo kiosk as they will be able to trouble shoot your sim card issue and look into it further if that is not the case 🙂👍

Hi ​@Hey I’ve edited your picture to hide personal information as this is a public forum. I’ve also checked your account, there are no issues with payment or provisioning, your line is active. There are also no outages reported in your area. 

EDIT: If the SIM card works in another phone but not your own, the issue is likely with the device. Do other Koodo SIM cards work in your phone?

From your description, there might be issue with  the lack of some critical LTE/5G bands in your area. Many 3G towers are currently removing out of network. That could leave some network hole in area for some device.

I would recommend you visit a Koodo store where a rep can physically check the phone for you
