Not sure I understand what you’re asking. For Koodo voicemail, your mailbox number is your 10-digit phone number. What other mail box are you referring to?

Are you referring to the visual voicemail feature? If so, you should be able to change the voicemail password on your phone to retrieve it. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/visual-voicemail
