Data on my plan vs data actually available on my phone.


Hi,

In my plan it says I have a cap of 10g of data usage. 

But when I look on my phone in the data section it says my cap is 5g. 

Can someone explain to me the difference?

Phone setting allows users to set a cap on data usage (and it didn't correlate with your Koodo plan). If you don't like the 5Gb, You could simply remove that data limiter function or increase the quota.

Reset the calendar on the phone data reporter to coincide with your Koodo plan.
