data no adding

I switched plans and added more data to my plan on my usage it is still only showing I have 8g of data? I did this change almost 2 weeks ago, why isn’t it showing the change on my

account? Says I’m about to run out of data. By when I click on my plan it shows 20g on my current plan? The same for my daughter I switched hers also and it’s Doing the same for her as well

@Melissa_g555 When you change plans your plan features are pro-rated for the that bill cycle.  So, from when changed plans until the you bill turns over (the 6th), you only get access to the prorated amount. Once you new cycle (the 6th) start you will have the full amount going forward.
