Chat app is glitching and need a callback

I need a callback please regarding stream+ billing, the billing connection broke by accidentally adding another payment method and need it reconnected through Koodo since paying through Koodo. The bill is paid up to date, but amazon prime video says can't access cause billing needs updated.

Did you try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser?

Is the Amazon account you try to access linked to the same email address with the one you linked when you activated Stream+? (Please don’t share the email address here as it is a public forum)

It's not working on two separate computers so that is not the issue and yes, same login credentials are being used. The issue, unknowingly/accidentally, is that the payment method got overridden and now can't change back to Koodo as the payment method so need assistance to get that reconnected correctly since Koodo still shows as the originator of the service and it's still being paid via Koodo....

Thank you for the details!

As much as we would like to help, the Amazon subscription cannot be unlinked and then relinked to the Stream+ bundle. The only way would be to cancel Stream+, wait for the subscription to end, then reactivate and relink all 3 streaming services.

Have you tried to contact Amazon and they couldn’t help?
