charge for perk


I’ve been charged for months for my “FREE” Perk. The international SMS MMS TO USA. I’ve called multiple times and made posts on This forum numerous times.  Will

be leaving Koodo if I’m still being charged this “free “ item

I don't see any other posts by you. Did you use a different login? What were you told to do.

We’ve looked into it and we see the perk was added with a cost. We have tried to add the free perk from our end but we got the same error. We have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.
