I'd like to pay off my tab and change my plan to one of the promotional ones (cheaper). Self-serve only allows me to change to more expensive plans. There's nothing in the "legal stuff" section saying I can't do this... So why can't I?

+4Unfortunately a lot of the promotional plans are for new customers only :( What plan did you have in mind?
+4Well you could try to schedule a callback and see what Koodo can do for you, but if not, you might need to switch providers. Be careful with that though because you'd not only need to pay off the tab, but also pay back the tab bonus which can really add up.
