change rate plan to a cheaper one or price match with competitor

Self-serve won’t show cheaper plans; it’s just how it works, so only same-price or higher ones show up.

Koodo doesn’t officially price match competitors, but if you’re out of contract, you can try chatting with them for a loyalty retention deal.

If you want to switch to something cheaper, log into self-serve, go to the plans tab anyway (even if nothing shows), or use the chat bubble to ask for downgrade options; they can manually push cheaper plans if you’re eligible.

Some people have managed to drop to lower plans like that $15 prepaid without losing perks like the 10% auto-top-up discount, even though it’s not officially supported.

What plan are you on now, and how long have you been with Koodo? That’ll help me give you better specifics. 

I’ve been using Koodo since 2023.

now i’m on $45 75gb plan with -$10 discount for autopay.

with 27 country long distance perk.

On the Koodo’s main page it is $35 for 80 gb now, probably for new customers only,

and Fido offers $27 for the same 80gb plan.
