Caribbean Travel Pass - How to Know its Active and how to renew

Hello,

we signed my wife up for a Caribbbean 7 day travel pass.  It shows as a service for her phone but with 0$.

  • How do we know it’s active as she’s neen in Mexico for 6 days and we are not being charged astronomical charges for data. (*Btw, the self help data and call usage pages haven’t been working for at least 2 weeks)
  • How do we renew for another 7 days since her plan is expiring after “hopefully” being active for the last 7 days

If you want to add it again after 7 days, you would need to remove the current one in self serve and try to re-add it through the virtual assist or by SMS. If that doesn’t work, please let us know here and we can re-add it for you.

Hi

- If it is added before you went, it is activated when you roamed there. As you mentioned, you already got the confirmation and you could use it to dispute if Koodo reported something else.

- Adding another one is little difficult. You would have to remove the first one in self-service and add it again. The best way is to ask Koodo rep to do it for you. When you finished the 1st one, I would recommend you contact Koodo via Facebook/X messaging, links are below at the bottom of this forum.

Thank you.  I recall buying the Travel pass from the self help on the website (not by texting) .  Now I cannot find the page on the koodo site to just add it to the account.  Does anyone know where it may be
