caribbean travel pass

I bought 7 day travel pass. It expires today and when I try texting to get new one it says already on acct. I'm here 30 days

You can add an another once the pass expires or is removed from the account. If you want to remove it from the account to then add another one, you can do so by managing your add-ons in self-serve. Once you use your last day, you can remove the pass and add another.

Steps to change your add-ons can be found below, though I would use your last day up first to get your money’s worth.

I think you need to wait until the current 7‑day Caribbean Travel Pass fully expires in Koodo’s system before you can buy another one

Thanks. I was wondering because I text everyday to 7626 to get another and it responds no need as you have one. Good trick as it has been 3 days since it expired so I am sure they have charged 18 a day for roaming

If you have been roaming during those 3 days, then that is correct. If you like, I can flag a rep to look into the issue if you’ve been texting daily and it still gives you the same message.

I went in and deleted travel pass and was able to purchase new one. I asked customer service before I left and they said to buy new when first ran out. But they didn't say old stayed on acct for 30 days and couldn't buy new one.

When I saw it was active still after 7 days I continues using thinking it auto renewed. 

Always stated with koodo for customer service but like all companies they are worried about making money. Guess I'll see when bill comes

It doesn’t auto renew but you should be able to purchase another one.

Not without getting rid of first one. It is for 30 days and stays on your acct after using 7 days.

It should work once the pass expires still, so I’m surprised it’s not letting you. Did you want a rep to follow-up now or check back in once you get your next bill?

This has been a somewhat recent change behind the scenes.  In the in past you are able to text the number and it will be added again after expiry.  Now, however, the old travel pass needs to be removed. 

Unfortunately adding consecutive travel passes is not an official feature that is advertised and there is no official documentation regarding how to add consecutive travel passes.
