CAR7PASS text does not work. 7626 says its an invalid

Hi, I had this added yesterday. When I look at my add ons, it is not showing anything.

We have checked and we can see that you managed to get help in the meantime! The travel pass has been added.

 

@Sharon67 We have double checked and we can see the travel pass is active on your line endingi n *81.

Just to confirm, if you go to Mobile services → Manage add on, it is not listed for you?

Yes, it is there now! It wasn't there when I checked this morning, but I see the CAR7PASS now. Thanks!

We can confirm the issue has been fixed and travel passed can now be added by texting the shortcode as per the steps here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/europe-easy-roam-travel-passes

Currently in Mexico and Koodo messaged me and said im going to be charged $18 daily when used. It should be the Car7pass on mine and ny husband's.

Hi ​@Sharon67, we added the pass when we spoke last time. The email/SMS notification is just a generic message to let you know you’re roaming and does not take into account your specific roaming package.

Hello can you add a second 7 day pass if staying 12 days? Will the text code be accepted if in Mex at end of first 7 days?

You can renew it by removing the add-on from your Self-Serve account and adding it back to your line.

Hi ​@DSAT12, yes, on the last day of usage, you can access your self serve account and remove the pass from your add-ons, here is a guide

Once removed, you can text the CAR7PASS keyword to 7626 from Mexico to add it again.

well now my wife is not receiving any data (emails, etc) while on cell and she’s still in Canada!  She’s only getting emails etc while on wifi.  Not an email account issue as she can receive emails on other devices

Can you recheck if the phone cellular data is turned on in the phone? A reset of network setting could also help.
