I activated CAR7PASS for my vacation to the DR - worked great for the first 7 days - but when I attempt to renew for an additional 7 days, the system replies that it’s already active on my account, despite the fact that I’m past the 7 day limit of my initial purchase

When you login to your koodo self serve and you check your add ons, is the roaming pass still there? If it is then the 7 days isn't complete yet, at least what is being reported on the koodo side as it will automatically be removed once used up. To check this you can follow the steps below.

This is horrible - I’m now into hour two of trying to reach customer support and getting nothing but the runaround trying to reach a real person. I cannot accept a callback as I’ve now discovered that despite having purchased the CAR7PASS I’m being charged $16 per call so I disabled my roaming and SIM.

What the hell is going on? 
I will promptly be cancelling both our accounts upon arrival back in Canada.

If it’s still active and I am unable to renew for an additional seven days, then why am I getting charged $16 a day every time my phone rings? What did I pay $60 for?


Hi ​@Andrel, we’ve sent you a private message 2 days ago but there was no response. Can you remove and re-add the pass from your self serve account?
