Cant change my plan in self serve!


Self Serve wont allow me to change my plan, except to a more expensive one! all I want is the 

$55.00/mo. $50.00 per month with auto-pay Canada-US roaming with data, talk and texts 80 GB plan! When I try to get it  the ice cream cone comes up and keeps saying try again later! Help!!

Hi ​@etihwennaim the plan you mentioned is loaded to your account, you should have access to change it. If you’re getting an error message we can change the plan for you. Would you like it to come into effect immediately?

Ok, the plan is now active, please restart your phone when you get a chance to make sure the changes come into effect.

As we've changed the plan mid bill cycle, it will be prorated. Here is more information on that https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/proration
