I have not been able to add a Perk through my account. I would like to add Rollover Data to my account as my free perk. The error code is U1735858512616I77045. 

Hi ​@OliverJacob we’ve attempted to add the $0 Rollover data perk to your ********56 line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on the backend.

Hi ​@OliverJacob we’ve tried to add the $0 Rollover Data perk again to your *56 line and the same error occurred. We’ve submitted another request to our team. I’ll follow up on your account next week to make sure it has been added, our apologies once again for the delay. 


@OliverJacob ok the $0 Data Rollover perk is now active for your line, I’ll check back on your account once the bill cycle changes to make sure the remaining data rolls over. Thank you once again for your patience on this!


Hi again ​@OliverJacob, I’ve double checked your account now that a new bill cycle started and can confirm the unused data was rolled over so the perk is functional.
