cannot add perk

Hi, I am a new member with koodo, I tried to add rollover data perk but however it keeps giving me error to try again in one hour.

I have tried so many time and used different devices as well but nothing worked.

If someone could help that would be greatly appreciated.

We have managed to add it for you, please check your self serve account when you get the chance.

Hi there,

Just a quick check did you also try after clearing your cache and cookies or using an incognito browser? Sometimes others have found this to work.

If this doesn’t work for you, I can flag a rep on here to look at adding the perk.
