I've been trying to cancle the device care complete on my phone but it isn't letting me or coming up as an option
+4What was the specific error when you tried to remove the Device care complete?
As well, was the add-on just added on in this billing cycle?

Just to confirm, do you see Device Care Complete on your Koodo bill or is it charged differently? We are unable to see it from our end on your bill
