Cancel Stream add on

I have the stream (Prime/Netflix/Disney) subscription on my plan. I added on the Crave subscription to my Prime account. But I want to cancel it. When I try to do it in the Amazon Prime Video app or website, I get a notification I need to do it through Koodo. But I can’t figure out how to cancel the Crave add on only. I only get the option to cancel all my streaming services.

Hi there,

If you added the Crave subscription through your Amazon account and not through Koodo self-serve, you would have to remove it on your Amazon account, you won’t find it on Koodo.

All stream plus manages is specifically the Netflix Disney and Prime memberships, not any add-ons you add after through the subscription.

When you attempt to do it through amazon, did you go to “Account Settings” → “Memberships & Subscriptions” → then scroll and find crave? It should be listed separately from your prime membership. You should be able to remove it there.

To cancel only the Crave add-on on your Prime account via Koodo, you must do it through your Koodo self-serve account under Mobile Services > Manage add-ons. The streaming subscriptions added through Koodo are managed there, not directly through Amazon Prime unless like mentionned by Oliver, they’ve been added  through your Amazon account .

If you only see an option to cancel all streaming services, try removing the Stream+ add-on and then re-adding only the services you want to keep, as individual add-on management may be limited.

This is why I dont like getting Stream+ and then upgrading tiers or getting add-ons to them.  It complicates things and messes up a very patch work system.

I recommend you just contact Amazon via their chat or phone call.  Koodo doesnt sell Crave so there is nothing Koodo can do about the Amazon Crave add-on
