Canada/US/Mexico roaming deal

I have three lines from Koodo, and two of them had offers for the 60GB $40 roaming plan. My other line had a more expensive plan, so I didn’t qualify. After some back-and-forth on the chat, I was offered it for all three lines at $15 per line to make the change. Given that I could make the change, myself, for two of them I said to go ahead with the one line without the offer, and I changed the other two. So that was seven hours ago. No action from Koodo, no response to further efforts to communicate with an agent on the chat, and no change to my account. I’m just another long-term Koodo/Telus customer that gets ignored and punished for loyalty.

Check if the changes actually went through in your Self Serve account first; sometimes the chat confirmation lags behind the backend. If they’re still showing your old plans, the rep might’ve dropped the ball on processing them.

Since you’ve already tried chatting again with no response, your best move is to wait until business hours hit and try the chat again with a fresh agent. Mention the seven-hour delay and the $15/line offer code if you have it. They should be able to push it through or at least give you a real update.
