Can't select perk

My husband and I can't select 'unlimited long distance call' as perks. Tried many times on different days. Anyone knows what is wrong?

We can try to make the change from our end, can you please confirm the last 2 digits of the phone number in question?

Sometimess it’ll glitch out. I’ll flag a rep to assist. Note that when they suubmit the change, it could take 48-72 hours to take effect. They’ll provide more info.

We have managed to add the perk for *13, however for *24 we had to submit a request to be added in the backed and we couldn’t add it from our end.

It may take up to 3 business days to be added.

Please note that the perk will be effective as of next billing cycle.
