Can't seem to add 1 free perk to my phone #'s

I have tried multiple times, and in incognito too and keep getting the same error "

It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now.

Please try again in an hour. If you still experience problems next time, please go to koodo.com/chat"

 

I want to add my two new phone numbers to the 5G boost perk. Can anyone help with this?

We have tried to add the perk from our end but we got the same error.

We have submitted a request for the perk to be added in the backend on the two lines you mentioned and it should take up to 3 days.

We apologize for the inconvenience created!
