I touched the add3 button on my text message as by accident and it added an extra 3gigs for 10$. I want to remove it but can't in the self serve .. it says it's there in overview, but it's not when I want to manage!

Hello! The add-on has been removed. If you experience a similar issue again, you can also try logging out of Self-Serve, clear the web browser cookies, log back in and then try removing the add-on following the steps at https://koo.do/33EEd6
