When I originally signed up for Stream+ I logged into Disney via my daughters' login, which we were using previously. However, since they were using the same login, Disney charged us twice. I am now trying to log in to Disney with our own account but only get the option to pick a subscription. I have logged out of Disney  multiple times and try to sign back in through the Stream + link but there is only the launch button and upon sign in, asks me to subscribe. How do I link my Stream+ subscription to Disney+?
