Both my wife and I are on a single account with two lines and there was an option to upgrade a plan a few months ago. But it was only on her phone line. It wasn't offered on my phone line. I can't find if there is a way to change mine. She gets two and a half times the amount of data for the same price I do. She is the secondary line on the account, time finding it weird that the upgrade was an offered to me as well. Unlike most people not able to find anything on the kudo website. Not that I need 25 gigs of data, however being able to access that plan would be nice. On a separate question is kudo 5g as her plan specifies that her 25 gigs is on 4G.

Offers are made by line, not by account. It happens. you can certainly send a PM to Koodo via FB Messenger or DM via Twitter to seeif you can get it extended to you as well though.

Koodo only uses 4G/LTE atm. Sometime in the future it’ll eventually access Telus’s 5G network, but it’s pretty consistent good speeds still. It should be fine until the day Koodo goes 5G.
