I used to use wifi calling on my Android Phone and my Iphone while on Freedom. Mobile. I switched to Koodo today and I just bought the iPhone 12 and I’m trying to enable wifi calling but when I do, it just returns a message saying “To allow wifi calling on this account, contact Koodo”.

Also when i signed up for Koodo they advised me that I would be able to Enable Unlimited Long Distance to 28 Countries as a perk, however the park does not show up in my “Add a Perk” seciton.

The only perks I see are:
1. Premium Voicemail
2. Rollover Data
3. Unlimited International SMS

No Unlimited Long Distance Pack Perk.

This was the reason why I switched over, please help.

 

 

Some perk is only available at certain rate plan price point. From your description, your plan wasn’t eligbile for that perk. DId you have any screenshot or proof that your plan included that perk? if not, you might have to change your plan to another plan to get it.

Regarding the wifi calling, can you check your selfserve, » plan and add-on » check if you had the “VoLTE access” add-on there? if not, you can come back here, someone will flag a rep to add it for you.
