Can't choose free perk

Hi,

 

My plan has a free perk and when I try to add EasyRoam International, it sends an error. A review of this message board has suggested trying without VPN and in Incognito mode, both of which do not work. 

Can someone please help?

Hello ​@usaleem We have forwarded a request form in order to add the 3-Day Easy Roam International perk. It usually takes 24 hours. You can verify it in the Self Serve account after it is added.
