can't add a perks

Hi,

 

 

 

Even though I chose a perk and they said a confirmation email has been sent to my email, I don’t see any email, and the website keeps asking to add the perk.

 

I would like to add the perk ‘3-Day Easy Roam International'.

I have been trying to choose 3-Day Easy Roam International'.  Once a day but it doesn't work. It never saved my options.

Unfortunately, we have been unable to add the perk from our end, however, we have submitted a request for the perk to be added in the backend and this would take up to 3 business days.
