Can't add a perk

New to Koodo, as a part of my plan I get to add a perk for free. I have been trying for over a week. I pick the perk it say’s it’s done and a confirmation email will be sent. Email never arrives and when I log back in it comes up that my setup is not complete I need to pick a perk. It’s an endless loop lol. How do I get my free perk?

We have tried to add the perk from our end but we were unable to, therefore we have have submitted a request for the perk to be added in the backend and it should take up to 3 business days.
