Can not Add Free Perk in Self Serve

I’m a new customer of Koodo and I’d like to add “3-Day Easy Roam International” as my free perk to mu account. However, I have encounter “It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now.” error. I would appreciate your help.

Hi ​@SalehzadehM we’ve attempted to add the $0 3-Day Easy Roam International perk to your line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.
