My mother in-law’s phone is under my account. It is a flip phone that she uses for calling only, no data no texts. She’s late 80s so just calls, She occasionally dials an US number by accident and it adds a few bucks to my bill. Is there anyway to block that from happening using Koodo. I know when I was with Virgin they restricted the calls so only in country and local calls were allowed but I can’t find that option with Koodo

If you’d like more control over calling features, I recommend looking into a prepaid plan. Both Koodo Prepaid and Public Mobile can provide a similar experience for users with a flip phone.
