Hello. when I try to access the feature Call control on x3 different browser and on my smartphone via Wifi and LTE, I get a couple of briefs flashes of it trying to open and get this: Looks like something went wrong. Please Try Again... I have tried to remove and to add it back this was 3 days ago without success.. I would like to add it back asap.

Are you trying to add call control within the Managed add-ons screen or the Call Control screen?
Call control was working before for the past few months, now it does not block any numbers..

Hi there @Bearcat436 We checked your account and we saw that you removed and added back Call Control on 10/04/2023 twice, we can see that it was added back successfully. We have also tested call control on test accounts and our personal account and it seems to be working fine.
Just to be sure, we have refrshed the backend on your account. Please double check as everything should be working and let us know.
Unfortunately no, I am not able to manage this add-on. tried these vanilla browser: Safari, Firefox, Edge on a Windows and Mac workstation, even my own Koodo smartphone on LTE, I get the same result.

Please try using the IVR: Dial *88 or #88 + send/call and follow the steps to enable/ disable/ manage Call Control and let us know if it works.
