I was looking to get a promotional plan that's going on and I wanted to know if I can payoff my tabs in order to get the plan.

Ah I see, in that case you will need the aid of a callback rep in order to do this. Reps on here cannot change your plan or put your tabs on your next bill.

To answer your question though, yes you can pay off both the tab and tab bonus and revert to bring your own device (BYOD) plan pricing, however, you may not be able to switch to a promo plan if it is for only new customers. This would be up to the discretion of the rep you speak to. Just note you’re charged a fee for the rep to change the plan.

Normally, you can pay off your portion of your tab at any time in self serve but not the bonus. Without the bonus paid off, you can’t switch to BYOD plans until the 24 months is up. This is where you need the rep to put the bonus on the next bill.
