I tried to switch my prepaid plan to a postpaid plan using the “Fast Switch Self Serve” option, but I received a message saying it is “limited to select customers only for now.” When will this feature be available for customers like me?

However, only customers who receive the email invitation can switch using this method. If you haven’t received it, you may need to wait. It seems they’re testing the process before sending a mass email.
If you want to switch sooner, you can visit a Koodo kiosk or schedule a callback from their team.
