I updated my phone plan yesterday after speaking with an agent, and the monthly amount was $45. At that time, I was able to see an AutoPay option that reduced the monthly charge to $35.
However, today I am no longer able to find or enable the AutoPay discount on my account. Could you please check and let me know why the AutoPay discount is not showing, and help me re-enable it if possible and where can i find the service agreement?
Thank you for your assistance.

Yup! if that is for the new plan that you switched to then yes, it is eligible as it is described in the plan description. Once setup correctly, the autopay discount will begin showing on the next billing cycle.
That might be why it is not showing in self-serve under the details because 1. It usually doesn’t start until the next cycle and it just changed yesterday and 2. If you have not set it up yet.
Just note it has to be setup with auto pay by bank account (not a credit card). Instructions to do this correctly can be found below.
Steps to find your service agreements can be found in the link. However, just note that by changing the plan will not result in an updated service agreement. These are only issued when you start a new 2yr term or add a new line etc.
