auto pay discount

Hi 

I enabled auto pay. Bill was paid. Why does my new plan not show 10$ discount when I log in? 
It also asks me to choose a free perk which I did “3 day usa” and is enabled 

When I log in, it asks me to choose my perk but the ones listed are not free. why does this show?

We have looked into it and we can see the pre-authorized bank payments have been set up after the bill date, so the discount wasn’t effective on last issued bill.

The discount should appear on the line ending in *43 as long as the pre-authorized payment method remains active.

Regarding the perk, it seem there was a glitch with the provisioning, however we managed to fix it and the perk should now  show properly in your account.

Do you have auto pay by bank or credit card enabled?
