Amazon Prime membership is not registered with Amazon.

I am receiving Amazon Prime on my TV.  However,  when I go to the Amazon website to make a purchase on a product which states that ‘Amazon Prime Members ships for free’, I still receive a shipping charge.  It doesn’t seem that my membership through Koodo is active. Help.

Are you using the same login for for Amazon prime on your TV as your online shopping?

Note that some items will still have shipping costs even if you are a prime member.  They are typically international purchases

We have looked into it and we can see that you are currently subscribed to Stream+ through Koodo, which includes Amazon Prime.

Are you able to access any other Amazon Prime content?

I use only the streaming service and the Amazon website for purchases.

Yes - no problem there. Just with the Amazon shopping platform.

Thankyou to all who have submitted various possible causes for my problem.   It has now been resolved.  My wife originally opened an Amazon account under her name.  When we bundled all the streaming services and transferred the payment method from Amazon to Koodo, the Amazon account remained in her name.  So now, even though the Koodo account is in my name, the Amazon account is still in my wife’s name. So  in order to purchase from Amazon and save on the shipping charges, I must use my deceased wife’s account login information.
