I did the 3mo free Amazon prime promotion, then have decided to continue on with it. I noticed on my first invoice since continuing with AP and it has a “EasyRoam US - Amazon Prime” add-on.
Why is EasyRoam US part of Amazon Prime? Can it be cancelled/removed from my account?

The Easy Roam add ons can be kept on your account, as there will be no charges unless you travel abroad and use your Koodo plan.
If you decide however to remove it, you can do it in self serve under Mobile Services - Manage add ons
it is showing as a $9.99 charge on my current invoice. I haven’t made a call or txt to the US.
Can you post a screenshot that shows that the 2 items are together? Make sure to black out any personal info
These are 3 separate line items.
The Easy Roam US and Easy Roam International have $0 charges.
And Amazon Prime is $9.99
