Hi I’m trying to add a line to my account but I already have a Sim card for the additional device, but Koodo wants to charge me for a new Sim card when checking out online.  Is there a promo code available to forego the Sim card when ordering online?  

There is not. If you are ordering online, they will ship and charge you for a new sim card.
If you have an existing one that you want to use, you can get it activated in store.
