accidental call drop near end of call

I was on a call and we completed the primary reason, but we're asking several other questions. I went to tap the mute button and accidentally hung up. We were connected to the rep Alfredo at 730 pm MDT . Now the callback system seems to be broken as it pops up a broken site icon. 

Is there an expected uptime, or best to make a call back schedule tomorrow to complete the additional questions?

The system should work normally. However it is more reliable during daytime, when rep is active. Sometimes the issue could be from customer end as well. How was the signal reception in your area? 

As well, since you are here, is there any issue that you need help with?

There is no expected uptime.

Just make the callback time that is available and convenient for you.
