The previous thread about this was closed for comments for some reason, so I am continuing it here:

I accepted the free Apple TV+ subscription several days ago, but I have not yet received the activation email. Why is this?

My spam folder is empty.

There was no confirmation either by text or email at that time, just a statement that I would receive one.

When I login to self serve, there is no Subscription area. There is no Apple+ TV icon.  There is no activate button.

We were unable to find a subscription for Apple TV+ based on your community profile.

Just to confirm, when you signed up for Apple TV+, did you use the same email address that you use on your Koodo account or a different one? (Please don’t post it here  as it’s a public forum)


Yes, I used the same email address.


I considered just reapplying for the free 6-month Apple TV trial, but I could not find it anywhere in the site. Is there a way we can straighten this out?
