about plan activation

Hello,
Last month I changed my plan, but it still has not been activated on my account. I would like to speak with a representative as soon as possible to fix this issue.

If your new plan still isn’t active, log in to Self Serve and check your plan details; sometimes it just needs a refresh. Since when are you a Koodo customer, tell me more about what you tried to accomplish.

I checked i refreshed but it still showed last plane

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?

If you changed your plan last month, everything should be set if the plan change went smoothly.

Have you received an email confirmation that the plan was successful?

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer and which plan was it? If your plan remains the same, the plan change didn't go through properly unfortunately

We have looked into it and we can see that the plan was change at the beginning of the current bill cycle, and the updated one appears on our end.

If you would like to share a screenshot of the plan that you see on your end or just let us know the plan details, we can further investigate. (if you share a screenshot, please make sure you hide any personal info as this is a public forum)
