A rate plan change is scheduled

While looking at different plans, I instantly get a pop up

A rate plan change is scheduled

Does this mean my plan is going up in price?

Hi there,

I have not changed my plan but my plan is for $45 a month and I noticed that most plans are $60 now so this is why I thought my plan was going up in price.

The last email I received from Koodo was at the end of July thanking me for my payment.

I guess I will find out in a few days when my cycle renews.

Thanks for your help

Did you receive anything in fine print on your previous bill? I would suggest you to check the last page for any details.

Did you accidentally choose to change your rateplan to a different one?

Also, was there any confirmation email sent to your inbox?

Ah, there it is:

“Update to your monthly rate plan. Starting in August 2022, your monthly rate plan fee will increase from $45 to $47”

Thanks so much for the help.
