7626 won't let me buy travel pass

I texted “US7PASS” to 7627 to buy a travel pass.

I get the response “you have not successfully added the USA easy roam travel pass to your account. Please try again by texting the unique code assigned to you in the promotional email you received to 7626”

I’ve not received any unique code in my email after 3 hours. Please help. How do I purchase a travel pass?

I texted “US7PASS” to 7627 to buy a travel pass.

The correct short code should be 7626. Hopefully it was just a typo.

Are you trying to add the Travel Pass while traveling outside of Canada?
