I just added the promo 7 Day Mexico Travel Pass for $49. It says "use by April 11". My trip starts April 6th and I return late on the 13th.... will I still get my full 7 days for $49? (Does it mean "start by" April 11 and it goes for 7 days? Or will I pay regular Easy Roam rates $18/day starting April 11 even though that's only 6 days in to my trip but the promo is "over" on April 11?)

That is correct. The Easy Roam Travel Pass remains active for 30 days from the activation date. Since you added it today, it is only available until April 11. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/europe-easy-roam-travel-passes
Let me flag a rep to see if they can remove it for you. I would suggest you to add it later, preferably closer to your departure date, to ensure it is active for the duration of your trip.

Thank you; even before I added it, it said "use by April 11" so I took that to mean the Promo pricing is only temporary? Regardless of when I add it, it runs out April 11?
